At Zoyri, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, return shipping is completely free.

Changed your mind: If the item isn’t what you expected, doesn’t fit, or you no longer want it, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Please note: Shipping costs related to returns are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Place the item back in its original packaging and include any accessories, tags, or documentation.

4. Attach your return label
Once the return shipping payment has been processed, we’ll send you a return label. Print it and attach it to your parcel.

5. Send your parcel
Drop off your package at the carrier location mentioned in the return instructions.

Refunds

Inspection:
After your return arrives, we’ll review the item to confirm it meets our return policy.

Refund:
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
